the 100% focus is necessary. Director Albin Warette, respected French director,
influences the new development of European circuses with his own unique attitude
to the circus art. As his right hand the genial circus child of new age from
Finland, Niklas Blomberg or Quim Giron from Catalonia.

ALBIN WARETTE He belongs among the most wanted representatives, directors and actors in the world of new circus. He is working as a lecturer in the most popular French professional circus school Le Lido (Toulouse) for fourteen years. He is the founder of the progressive group Collectif Prêt-à-Porter, which influences the perception of the new circus. Albin said in the interview for Cirqueon: „Every circus movement has its rules. It is possible to understand these rules also in the framework of theatre and it is necessary to look for meanings and connections in them. In the ropewalk, handspring or somersault there are hidden esthetical, technical and theatre qualities that can be revealed and emphasised. Somersault can be connected with the role character.”
NIKLAS BLOMBERG (Finland) Versatile circus artist, multi-instrumentalist and music composer graduated from music conservatory in Lahti and the University of Circus and Dance in Stockholm. He has performed since he was seven years old – on the vertical rope, as an acrobat, tap dancer, juggler and illusionist. He is the one of the biggest talents in today Scandinavia. They have performed together with Quim under the name Animal Religion since 2011 and their all-night performance is in preparation.
GUIM GIRON (Catalonia) Quim performs mostly in balance techniques (handstands), modern clown and drummer. He studied the circus arts first in Barcelona, then in French Le Lido (Toulouse) and finally graduated the University of Circus and Dance in Stockholm.
