Prague, July 2 – Swedish DJ duo performing under the stage name ICONA POP radiates with daring mixture of electronic pop, indie and punk, and is coming to Prague for the first time ever on October 26 at Palác Akropolis. ICONA POP dazzled the music scene with a summer anthem I LOVE IT. The tickets are available for sale at Ticketpro network from July 5 onwards.
ICONA POP is two female DJs, Caroline Hjelt and Aino Jawo, born and raised in Swedish Stockholm. Currently they are producing their music both in New York and Los Angeles. The duo has already published two EPs, one studio album and is consistently working on new exciting projects. The summer hit I LOVE IT appeared also in the computer game NEED FOR SPEED: MOST WANTED, in the German TV ad for Coca-Cola, and became also the title song for one of American reality shows – this is no wonder, since I LOVE IT has over 25 million hits on YouTube, and countless remixes!
