Up! – solo show of Robert Janč – Robert Janč presents himself as a „UP!“ is first of all a stand up show aimed to make people laugh. On another level, we focus on stand up comedy itself.

The laws, techniques but also the cruelty of it. The unnerving need to be funny not having anything a „normal“ actor can use as a „shield.“

There is no character, no plot, no partner usually not even a prop to play with. On third and most subtle level, the performer is a clown left with the only thing that a clown has – ever present desire to be with the audience.
