Shortly after, she signed with Sony and released her second album The Whole Family Is Worried. However, the experience proved challenging and led to a certain disillusionment with the music industry. In 2019, Misty returned to performing, with renewed energy and drive for her craft, beginning to release music independently. Since then, she has put out a 12-track tape, three EPs, and most recently her single Too Heavy. Although she chose a path outside the mainstream, Misty remains a respected figure within her local music community, known for her authenticity and unwavering dedication to her art. Rotten Hands Prague-based band Rotten Hands, formed by artists active in the theatre scene, creates original music rooted in the aesthetics of cinematic western soundtracks, with overlaps into post-rock and post-punk. The band was born out of inspiration from a sketched-out western comic. The fictional characters of the story subtly resemble the band members themselves. |
