info Warm-Up for Spectaculare Festival 2026! Grandbrothers to perform at Palác Akropolis as the warm-up for the 13th edition of Spectaculare Festival German-Swiss duo Grandbrothers return to the stage with a new sound and an expanded live show to mark the release of their fifth studio album Elsewhere, out this September. They will perform in Prague on November 8, with their concert serving as the official warm-up for the 13th edition of Spectaculare Festival. Known for blending piano minimalism with technological innovation, the duo will present their brand-new album to the Prague audience. Joining them as special guests will be the German band KESHAVARA. The Elsewhere tour will take Grandbrothers to more than 32 concerts across Europe and the UK, including prestigious venues such as Élysée Montmartre in Paris, Melkweg in Amsterdam, Huxleys Neue Welt in Berlin, Scala in London, and Vicar Street in Dublin. Designed to reflect the bold musical shift of the new record, the live show will combine layered textures, intricate rhythms, and a mix of intimacy and high energy that defines the new Grandbrothers sound. KESHAVARA began as the solo project of German-Indian musician Keshav Purushotham, born out of an artistic residency in South India in 2013, organized by the Goethe-Institut. While exploring his roots, Keshav recorded the first tracks of his debut album in Chennai, Pondicherry, and Auroville. The self-titled record was released in 2016 on Papercup Records, the label he co-founded with producer Steddy. Following its success, KESHAVARA evolved into a full band in 2017, now featuring Keshav Purushotham (vocals, guitar), Niklas Schneider (drums, percussion), Benedikt Filleböck (keys), and Christopher Martin (bass). In spring 2025, KESHAVARA released their daring new single Omzerzura, accompanied by a visually rich video fusing psychedelic desert pop with the glamour of Bollywood, further shaping the band’s unique vision.
