PiNKBUS festival 2025 – Queer Rites The queer rites will kick off the PiNKBUS festival in style with the main show featuring PiNKBUS “essentials” – the artistry that was at the very beginning of the PiNKBUS platform – Martin Talaga, Helena Araújo, Just Karen, La Cuntessa, Chlorophyll von Needle, Lotta Love and TONIC and a few exclusive surprises! After the initial consecration, you can look forward to an afterparty “mass” with DJs from the “Temple of” collective. The second day of the festival, our festivities will be marked by music! We start with a concert by the Slovak indie sensation ERØ, which will be complemented by dance performances by the Slovak choreographer, dancer and long-time collaborator of the platform Dominika Malenovská. The evening will then be hosted by PiNKBUS platform member, director, performer and above all, great musician LEDET. Her baroque film about Marie-Antoinette will be followed by a performance and party in the rhythm of house and disco! The final day will feature a moderated discussion PINKPANEL, where queer art will meet at the one table. The topic of the panel will be “Artdrain: The Drain of Slovak Art”. The table will feature director Majo Amsler, founder of Bratislava Burlesque and goddess of PiNKBUS Lotta Love, and photographer, documentarian of “queer life” in the Slovak Republic/Czech Republic Dorota Holubová. The discussion will be led by the editor of Denník N, author of the publication “Byli jsme tu vždycky “ and No.1 PiNKBUS Daddy Filip Titlbach. Right after disscusion will happen performance by Wojciech Grudziński . THREESOME seeks to dispel the myths and rediscover their individual experience in a world that we were not part of. Threesome is a hazy posthumous ballet, a repressed legacy, a reenactment, an act of somatic plunder and transformation. Do not let national sentiment lay claim to the oberek. Surrender to the other, so as to disappear and to exist more fully. |
