A musical-object travelogue from a land inhabited by stories. From an island where sheep are dyed blue and pink, and where the rain falls upwards. Hitchhiking, sleeping over, asking questions, busking, wandering. And lots of rain.

In the rain and wind, during a night drive, branches scrape against the car as they emerge in the bends of the road. We pass houses without roofs, stone walls, and overgrown hills in the middle of nowhere. We imagine the landscape more through Sinead’s storytelling than by actually seeing it…

    ABOUT THE THEATRE

DAMÚZA has been active on the theatre scene since 1999, when it was founded by then-students of the Production Department at DAMU with the aim of promoting student work. Today, DAMÚZA is a production and producing unit supporting original theatre makers and ambitious projects by students and recent graduates of DAMU. In our work we focus on original productions, primarily puppet, visual, and object theatre for both children and adults.
